Electrical components in the WÜLLHORST system
At the centre of power distribution sit the main relays and solenoid switches, which carry the high current to the motor of the hydraulic power pack. Across the four base models, typical inrush currents reach into the three-digit ampere range, which is why contact wear, corrosion at terminals and aged ground points regularly cause malfunctions. An initial indication is a delayed switching response or an audible click without subsequent pump function, pointing specifically to the high-current paths.
On the operating side, hand cable switches, radio remotes and push buttons interact with limit switches, microswitches and position sensors. Wiring harnesses, connectors and fuses link the whole system together. With the WUE AAS-4.0 safety feature, camera, radar sensors and a processing unit complete the portfolio. Defective microswitches or damp plug connections are common fault sources and should be inspected early during diagnosis.
The WÜLLHORST electrical range comprises several hundred individual parts across all capacity classes and model years. Key component groups include:
- Main relays, solenoid switches and control boxes
- Hand-cable switches, radio remotes and buttons
- Limit switches, microswitches and fuses
- WUE AAS-4.0 turning assistant with camera and sensors
In addition, we supply wiring harnesses, plugs and connectors, fuses, control elements, warning lights and numerous further components for diagnostics, repair and modernisation.
