Inspection labels – proof of the recurring UVV inspection on the tail lift
Inspection labels document directly on the component that the recurring inspection of a tail lift has been carried out by a qualified person. They show the inspection date together with the due date for the next inspection and complement the written inspection report as a visible marker. At SULEJ Ladebordwand you will find inspection labels as a consumable for the regular qualified-person inspection – an important building block for a transparent maintenance organisation in the fleet.
UVV inspection, qualified-person inspection and recurring inspection
Tail lifts are subject to the recurring inspection under DGUV V52 and the UVV requirements from BGV D6. A qualified person checks mechanical components, hydraulic functions, safety devices and markings, records the result in the inspection report and applies a label as a visible note. The label does not replace the report but makes the inspection status recognisable directly on the equipment – a practical aid for dispatch, drivers and safety officers.
