Hydraulic components in the DHOLLANDIA system
At the core of every DHOLLANDIA unit sits the hydraulic power pack with a gear pump, an electric motor and an integrated reservoir. It delivers the working pressure for raising, lowering and tilting the platform. In continuous operation, wear typically appears on pump shafts, motor brushes and connection seals; pack covers also age under road salt and UV exposure. We supply pumps, complete power packs, solenoid valves on the control block and matching repair kits for the Belgian lifting modules.
On the consumer side, lifting and closing cylinders operate with the characteristic stainless-steel piston rods. Wear here mainly affects rod seals, wipers and piston guides – once the sealing kits weaken, the platform creeps down or can no longer be held in position. On the control side, pressure relief, lowering brake and directional valves complete the system; only properly adjusted valve characteristics deliver a dosed driving behaviour and protect the cylinders against pressure peaks.
The DHOLLANDIA hydraulic range comprises several hundred individual parts across all capacity classes and model years. Key component groups include:
- Hydraulic pumps and complete power packs
- Lifting and closing cylinders with stainless-steel piston rods
- Sealing kits for cylinders, pumps and valves
- Hydraulic valves, safety and emergency operation valves
In addition, we supply hydraulic hoses, fittings, power pack covers, special tools and numerous further components for maintenance, repair and general overhaul.
