Hydraulic spare parts for DAUTEL tail lifts cover the three kinematically distinct designs LIFTER, FOLDER and SLIDER. Each series uses its own hydraulic characteristic with adapted cylinder strokes and flow rates tailored to the specific motion profile. Hydraulic components in the DAUTEL system

The heart of the DAUTEL hydraulics is the pump and power pack assembly under the characteristic BS DL-48L2 cover. Pump, reservoir and motor form a compact unit that operates with adapted flow rate depending on the LIFTER, FOLDER or SLIDER kinematic. Typical wear shows up on pump bearings, suction filters and in the hydraulic fluid itself – discoloured or foamy oil is usually the first visible indication that the power pack is due for service.

On the actuator side, the series-specific cylinders work together with the matching seal kits and the valve group. Rod seals, wipers and O-rings are the most frequently replaced parts, while directional valves and pressure relief valves control the load flow between lift, lower and swivel movement. A clean assignment of cylinder type, seal kit number and valve characteristic to the DLB-47 or DLB-48 model code is the basis for a fault-free repair.

DAUTEL manufactures its hydraulic components in line with ISO 9001 and designs the three body types with different kinematics. When sourcing a hydraulic part for a DAUTEL tail lift, the model series – LIFTER, FOLDER or SLIDER – should be known along with the model code DLB-47 or DLB-48. This way the component can be assigned exactly to the right hydraulic variant and ordering errors are avoided.
