Hydraulic Components in the BÄR CARGOLIFT System
At the heart of the BC hydraulics sits the compact power pack with pump, tank and control block, fitted in an aluminium-optimised way inside the LMQ and LM42 housings. In continuous operation this assembly shows typical wear patterns from hydraulic oil aging, micro-particles in the control block and thermal stress on the pump bearings. Predictive maintenance with oil changes and filter service noticeably extends the usable service life of this highly stressed component.
The second central area covers the lift and closing cylinders of the H42 and S4 series with their seal kits and the valve control side. Directional valves, pressure relief valves and the fine orifice plate decide here on the lifting and lowering behaviour of the platform. In case of pressure loss or creeping descent, a targeted look at rod seals, check valves and fittings is worthwhile before complete cylinder assemblies are replaced.
The BÄR CARGOLIFT hydraulic range comprises several hundred individual parts across all capacity classes and model years. Key component groups include:
