ANTEO Hydraulics – Spare Parts for the F3 Lift Modules

Hydraulic spare parts for ANTEO tail lifts cover the pressure side of the F3, F3V, F3CL and F3RE series. A defining feature is the in-house hydraulic layout with finely tuned valve characteristics, which enable smooth start-up and dosed lowering of the platform. Hydraulic Components in the ANTEO System

The drive of every F3 unit relies on a compact hydraulic power pack with a gear pump, an electric motor and a tank unit. It delivers constant working pressure for lifting and tilting movement and distributes it to the consumers via the control block. Wear shows up on pump shafts, motor brushes, oil cooling and tank ventilation – declining delivery becomes noticeable through sluggish lifting under load and irregular humming of the motor. We supply pumps, complete power packs and matching repair kits for the F3 family.

On the consumer side, lift cylinders and tilt cylinders operate with their own seal kits, piston rods and guide bushings. Leaking rod seals or worn wipers lead to oil loss and a sinking platform. On the control side, directional valves, pressure relief valves and lowering brake valves complete the system – only finely tuned valve characteristics ensure the characteristic jerk-free start-up and controlled lowering of the F3, F3V, F3CL and F3RE modules even under partial load.

Note on the Finely Tuned Valve Characteristics of the F3 Family

The F3 hydraulics work with closely matched pressure relief and lowering brake valves, which enable jerk-free start-up and controlled lowering even under partial load. When valves are replaced, the factory pressure values should be set precisely – only then is the characteristic driving behavior of the F3 modules preserved and the platform responds cleanly to control inputs.
