Electrical components in the ZEPRO system
In the high-current path, main relays and solenoid switches handle the inrush current of the hydraulic motor and, in the robust Scandinavian layout, are designed for continuous load in frost and road salt. Typical wear signs are burnt contacts, oxidised terminal points and aged ground connections, which can lead to delayed start-up or intermittent dropouts. High-current cables and fuses at the motor and control box are among the first checkpoints during diagnosis and should be regularly inspected for corrosion.
On the operating side, hand cable switches, radio remotes and foot switches come together at the control box with its defined water drain, while microswitches with Superseal connectors monitor end positions and safety functions. Wiring, junction boxes and connectors form the continuous signal chain from operating element to power unit. Damaged cable sheaths, contaminated connectors or a blocked water drain at the control box are typical fault sources and should be captured during every inspection.
The ZEPRO electrical range comprises several hundred individual parts across all capacity classes and model years. Key component groups include:
- Main relays, fuses and control box components
- Micro switches with Superseal connectors and limit switches
- Handheld cable switches, radio remote controls and foot switches
- Control box, wiring and junction boxes
In addition, we supply wiring harnesses, plugs and connectors, fuses, control elements, warning lights and numerous further components for diagnostics, repair and modernisation.
