The high-current path between the vehicle network and the power pack is switched by main relays and solenoid switches. They carry the inrush current of the Bosch Rexroth motor and must match the 12V or 24V variant of the DLB-47 and DLB-48 series. Burnt contacts, sluggish switching or a missing pump start despite working controls are classic signs of wear in the switching path – often the replacement of a single relay is enough to restore full function.
The operating side comprises hand and radio controls, limit switches and the associated wiring.
