Mechanical Components in the ANTEO System
The load-bearing structure of every ANTEO unit is the F3 lift arm geometry from Italian steel manufacturing. Lifting arms, lever mechanism and platform mounting precisely route the lift moment into the vehicle frame. On the platform itself, stop strips and reinforcement plates carry the load along the approach edge. Wear shows up on coatings, on stop strips and on heavily loaded weld seams and load introduction points – visible cracks or bent plates should be replaced early to prevent consequential damage in continuous service.
At the pivot points of the F3 kinematics, bearing bolts, joint bushings and securing elements control the play of the lift arms over the long term. Lost lubrication at the grease nipples first leads to increased bolt wear, then to noticeable play and crooked running of the platform. Approach rollers and wear strips also belong to the wear-part family; their regular replacement keeps the factory geometry within tolerance and protects neighbouring steel components from consequential damage in continuous duty.
The ANTEO mechanical range comprises several hundred individual parts across all capacity classes and model years. Key component groups include:
- F3 lift arms, lifting levers and lever mechanism
- Bearing bolts, joint bushings and securing elements
- Platform, platform mounting and stop strips
- Steel components and reinforcement plates
In addition, we supply pins, bushings, bearings, platform components, approach rollers, wear strips and numerous further components for maintenance, repair and general overhaul.
