Mechanical components in the DAUTEL system
The visible core of every DAUTEL mechanical setup is the platform and its load-bearing structure. On the LIFTER it hangs from a swivelling lift arm, on the FOLDER from a multi-part folding joint, on the SLIDER from a pull-out frame with slide and roller guidance. Platform profiles, cross beams and approach edges carry the load directly and bear the highest stress – deformation, cracks at weld seams or worn-out bores are the typical findings after extended use in daily operation.
The platform is moved by a network of pivot pins, bushings and swivel bearings. Each joint transfers load and motion forces and relies on grease nipples for lubrication. Main wear points are the swivel joints of the lift arm, the folding axes on the FOLDER as well as slide pads and rollers on the SLIDER. Carefully matched bushing and pin diameters, suitable retaining rings and intact grease nipples are decisive in keeping play in the movement sequence low.
The DAUTEL mechanical range comprises several hundred individual parts across all capacity classes and model years. Key component groups include:
- Platforms for DLB-47 and DLB-48
- Swing arms for LIFTER and folding joints for FOLDER
- Pull-out rails with slide and roller guidance for SLIDER
- Pivot pins, swivel bearings, bushings and grease nipples
In addition, we supply pins, bushings, bearings, platform components, approach rollers, wear strips and numerous further components for maintenance, repair and general overhaul.
