Electrical Components in the ANTEO System
The high-current path of F3 electrics is carried by solenoid switches, main relays and power relays, which energise the pump motor and safely handle the high inrush current. In the on-board network, fuses protect the individual circuits against overload. Typical wear shows on burnt switching contacts and on oxidised terminals – both cause voltage drops, hesitant motor start-up or irregular lifting speed. During repairs, these components can be replaced selectively without touching the complete control system.
The operating side consists of a hand-cable switch and a radio remote, which pass control pulses on to the logic. On the sensor side, micro-switch limit sensors and safety sensors monitor platform position, folding state and the permitted direction of movement. Wiring harnesses and junction boxes connect the components and route the signals between power pack, control unit and platform. Since moisture and vibration are the most common causes of failures, contacts, plugs and microswitch gaps deserve a close look during every service.
The ANTEO electrical range comprises several hundred individual parts across all capacity classes and model years. Key component groups include:
- Solenoid switches, main relays and power relays
- Micro-switch limit sensors and safety sensors
- Corded hand controls and radio remotes
- Fuses, wiring harnesses and junction boxes
In addition, we supply wiring harnesses, plugs and connectors, fuses, control elements, warning lights and numerous further components for diagnostics, repair and modernisation.
