Receivers – radio receiver module on the vehicle
Radio receivers are the modules permanently mounted on the vehicle that accept the control signal from the hand transmitter and pass it on to the control electronics of the tail lift. They are typically located in the protected area near the control box and are wired via multi-pin connectors. At SULEJ Ladebordwand you will find receiver modules in different designs and connection variants, compatible with various market configurations – for reliable restoration of the radio link after defect or damage.
Design and coding – antenna, decoder and relay stage
A receiver typically consists of antenna, RF input stage, decoder circuit and potential-free relay or semiconductor outputs that directly switch the tail lift functions. The digital coding ensures that only the respective paired hand transmitter triggers commands and that foreign signals are rejected. Designs differ in protection class, frequency band, number of channels and connectors. Receivers are often built into plastic housings with O-ring sealing against dust and spray water.
