Prepayment
If you select "prepayment" as your method of payment, you will receive after completing your order an e-mail confirmation of your order and our bank details for payment in advance. Please be sure to state the order number in the reference field of your bank transfer so that an automatic payment matching can take place. As soon as we receive your payment we will ship your order immediately.
To accelerate the shipment of your order, we kindly ask for soon payment.
Invoice
Payment "by invoice" is available for our regular customers / business customers. If you select this payment method, we will send your ordered goods together with the corresponding invoice. The invoice is to be paid after receipt of the goods at the agreed payment conditions by transfer to our bank account.
We ask for your understanding that we only offer payment "on invoice" for international customers to a limited extent.
